1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the 7ed77 platform and website 7ed77.lat. This document serves as a binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the entity operating 7ed77 ("we", "us", or "platform").

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Creation & Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts or multiple accounts are suspected, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

7ed77 currently processes financial transactions through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods)

• The deposit amount will be added to the account once it has been properly verified

4.3 Transaction Verification

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7ed77 offers a welcome bonus for new members. It is important to be fully aware of the following terms before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳8,000, for a total balance of ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Terms

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, a specified amount of bets must be placed.

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, 7ed77 may run various special offers and cashback promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page and will apply together with these general terms.

If any promotion benefit is claimed dishonestly or an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, 7ed77 reserves the right to cancel all accounts and bonuses.

6 Gaming Code of Conduct

All members must follow fair and responsible conduct while playing games at 7ed77.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system.
• If any game outcome is disrupted due to a technical issue, 7ed77 reserves the right to review the affected bets.
• Taking unfair advantage of any software bug or glitch is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful or offensive behaviour toward other members during gameplay is not permitted.
• In the sports betting section, placing a bet using advance knowledge of the actual result of a specific match or event will be considered fraud.

6.1 VIP Program

7ed77's five-tier VIP program rewards active players. The tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can earn points through regular play to advance to higher tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier. Separate terms and conditions may apply to VIP members.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and legal action may be taken where applicable:

• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources
• Claiming bonus or promotion benefits through multiple accounts
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Breaching the platform's security systems or attempting to hack
• Colluding with other members to gain unfair advantage (collusion)
• Assisting minors in opening accounts
• Providing betting services to third parties through the platform

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ed77 platform — such as logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 7ed77 or its licensors. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
